3/1/2012 7:28:59 PM I am genuinely happy with my system. It has not locked up, crashed any programs, and I do not have to do frequent reboots. The only issue I have with my computer, that I am in the process of trying to resolve with the manufacturer of the motherboard, is that when I choose the "shut down" option from the Start menu or Task Manager, the computer does not shut itself off, but will boot up the system again. Other than this, this is an awesome-running computer system!

2/20/2014 4:08:00 PM The PC is self built it was not purchased as a whole system and ready to use. Some parts are/were from an older PC some were recently aquired and others are ANCIENT. Overall it does what I want it to do. Graphics card could do with an update, if I had to pick one component (it's an old XFX Radeon HD 6870).

6/1/2016 3:15:40 PM Normally I'm super satisfied with PC Matic, but today I went to scan my computer and it took me to a sales page requiring me to either renew my license or upgrade to pro. I renewed my license, but when I went to scan, the same page came up with no way to get past it but to purchase one or the other. Please make this stop, I've already renewed my license. Thank you very much.

3/25/2014 3:35:12 PM I don't think it's the hardware on my computer, but rather the Microsoft program. I had this PC built to my specs, and asked not to install Windows 8. Windows 7pro is my working program. I hate it (almost all of my working programs from my old computer coould not be loaded). I loved my Windows XP, and now I hate Microsoft.

4/14/2014 9:55:56 PM I was hoping PC Matic would help. I have a problem with the Browser. It constantly drops the web page. I click "Recover Web Page" and sometimes it never comes back and I have to reboot. My problem is with the Browser.
