I sent this laptop back but they sent it back to me without addressing the problem. In addition, the Windows Media Center tells me that it is corrupted and obviously won't work. Another frustration is that I cannot enable or disable the firewall.

5/7/2010 5:26:32 PM It came with many major issues. Has had to be shipped back to Dell 2 times since purchased the end of Sept 2009. The speakers, palmrest, bluetooth, hard drive have all had to be replaced. There have also been driver issues and problems with windows 7 running properly
